摘　　要：在图书馆事业的发展中,加强馆员职业化建设,推动馆员综合素质提升,目的是提高图书馆的运行水平、管理效率。该文分析了新时代公共图书馆员职业化建设的内涵目标,针对图书馆员职业化建设的意义,总结了新时代公共图书馆员职业化建设的实践策略,提出了资格认证制度建设、职业化运行机制建设、考评和竞争机制建设、基础环境优化,以及注重在职培训和职业素养教育、科研能力建设等实践策略,对提高馆员的职业水平、约束自身职业化行为、推动公共图书馆转型和创新发展具有重要意义。In the development of the library industry,strengthening the construction of professionalization of librarians and promoting the improvement of their comprehensive quality is aimed at improving the operational level and management efficiency of the library.This article analyzes the connotation and goals of the professionalization construction of public librarians in the new era,and summarizes the practical strategies for the professionalization construction of public librarians in the new era.It proposes the construction of qualification certification system,professionalization operation mechanism,evaluation and competition mechanism,optimization of basic environment,as well as practical strategies such as emphasizing on-the-job training,vocational quality education,and scientific research ability construction.This is of great significance for improving the professionalization level of librarians,constraining their own professional behavior,and promoting the transformation and innovative development of public libraries.
