摘  要:融媒体已经成为时代发展的新型宣传载体,当今社会随着移动设备的大量使用,各类新媒体内容以碎片化形式高速传播。高校如何运用好融媒体成为宣传工作必须思考的关键性问题。高校要对融媒体的运用给予重视和关注,运用好对内及对外宣传的不同载体,针对不同层面的宣传部门和宣传队伍建设、人员培养等问题,合理地利用融媒体来开展宣传工作。该文通过分析融媒体时代背景及融媒体的特征和发展现状,结合高校宣传工作的方式和特点,以及宣传团队的组建等内容,分析存在的问题,提出相应的策略,使融媒体更好地为宣传工作服务。Media integration has become a new type of propaganda carrier for the development of the times.In today's society,with the widespread use of mobile devices,various new media content is rapidly spreading in a fragmented form.How to make good use of integrated media in universities has become a key issue that must be considered in propaganda work.Universities should attach importance to and pay attention to the use of integrated media,and make good use of different carriers for internal and external propaganda.Targeting the construction of propaganda departments and teams at different levels,as well as personnel training,they should make reasonable use of integrated media to strengthen the development of propaganda work.This article analyzes the background of the era of integrated media,the characteristics and development status of integrated media,combined with the methods and characteristics of university propaganda work,as well as the formation of propaganda teams,analyzes the existing problems,and proposes corresponding strategies to better serve propaganda work through integrated media.
