摘　　要：随着现代社会科技的发展,公共图书馆对于古籍文献的保护利用工作也应当做到相应的转变与革新。该文结合实际情况,分析了现代公共图书馆古籍文献保护与利用过程中存在的一些问题,并且根据实际的工作经验,分析公共图书馆存在问题的原因,总结并提出了一些优化古籍文献保护与利用工作的策略。公共图书馆应该加大宣传力度,转变传统的古籍文献保护与利用观念;政府应当加大资金投入,完善公共图书馆的馆藏设施;同时健全古籍文献保护工作的人才培养机制,提高从业人员专业素质;还要积极推进古籍文献的数字化建设,体现地域文化特色,以期提高公共图书馆古籍文献保护利用工作效率,更好地传播传统文化。With the development of modern technology,public libraries should also make corresponding changes and innovations in the protection and utilization of ancient literature.This article analyzes some problems in the protection and utilization of ancient books and literature in modern public libraries based on practical situations.Based on practical work experience,the reasons for the problems in public libraries are analyzed,and some strategies for optimizing the protection and utilization of ancient books and literature are summarized and proposed.Public libraries should increase publicity efforts and transform traditional concepts of protecting and utilizing ancient books and literature.The government should increase funding investment,improve the collection facilities of public libraries,and at the same time,improve the talent training mechanism for the protection of ancient books and literature,enhance the professional quality of practitioners.It is also necessary to actively promote the digital construction of ancient books and literature,reflect regional cultural characteristics,in order to improve the efficiency of ancient book work and better disseminate traditional culture.
