摘  要:作为高校立德树人的重要路径之一,新时代劳动教育受到学界关注。高校图书馆中,学生以勤工助学等多种方式参与服务管理也被认为是一个趋势。该文采用开放式问卷调查方法,考察勤工助学学生对于所从事工作的认知,了解他们工作中的困惑与收获。这些来自勤工助学学生的积极响应和鲜活话语,对其所从事的工作给出了比较真实的反馈,也为管理人员更好地把握学生的认知、挖掘他们的需求提供了另一个途径。在此基础上,结合实践体会和已有文献讨论了有助于优化勤工助学管理、实现实践育人功能的可能措施,为相关管理人员开展工作、促进学生成长提供参考。As an important path for colleges and universities to realize the fundamental goal of moral cultivation,labor education has attracted ever-increasing attention from academics.In university libraries,it is also considered a trend for students to participate in service management in various ways such as work-study.The paper reports the result of a survey that aimed to explore the student worker's practices and their perception of the work study program in an academic library.These first-hand response from the student workers provide a relatively real feedback on the job they are engaged in,and also provide insights for relevant managers to better engage with students and tap their needs.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire,the paper discussed potential implications for the management of the work study program.The insights from the survey results may also help to inform the administrators of how to facilitate the realization of the work-study education function.
