摘　　要：中国的来华留学生教育目前处在发展的重要转折阶段,从扩大留学生规模转向内涵式发展,江苏也不例外。来华留学生的招生、教学及管理工作仍需改善,提高来华留学生的招生门槛势在必行。通过构建一个从招生、教学、管理均健全的来华留学制度体系,能够为建设教育强国、教育强省,为打造高水平、高质量的来华留学生教育奠定优良基础,打造富有竞争力的“留学中国”品牌。江苏作为教育大省要时刻紧跟国家政策导向,调整教育工作思路,为建设教育强国做贡献。International student education in China is currently at a crucial turning point,shifting from expanding the scale of international student enrollment to a more qualitative approach.Jiangsu Province is no exception to this trend.There is still room for improvement in the enrollment,teaching,and student management of international students studying in China,and raising the admission standards for international students is imperative.By establishing a comprehensive system for international student enrollment,teaching,and management,we can lay a solid foundation for building a strong country and province in education.This will also prepare us to create a high-level,high-quality international student education and build a competitive brand of"Studying in China as an International Student".As a leading province in education,Jiangsu must always follow national policy directions,adjust its educational development strategies,and contribute to building a strong educational nation.
