生态系统理论视域下高校“一站式”学生社区建设的功能定位与实践路径

摘　　要：推进“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式建设是持续创新思政工作模式,构建和完善人才培养体系的关键一招,其构成要素、功能定位、机制设计、实践路径等各项具体内容有待深入研究。文章立足生态系统理论视角,从充分发挥环境的育人功能、调整育人主客体供需关系、提升育人资源间协同作用等方面,为高校“一站式”学生社区教育环境配置和系统设计提供理论指导和逻辑建构导向。从突出个体要素、促进学生发展,优化近侧历程、提升育人质效,完善环境系统、涵养校园文化,贯通育人要素、实现“三全育人”等维度,为高校“一站式”学生社区的功能定位、要素分析提供方法指导。同时,指明了整合社区空间、营造育人环境,突出学生主体、优化育人模式,完善工作机制、凝聚育人合力的高校“一站式”学生社区建设实践路径。Promoting the construction of a"one-stop"comprehensive management model for student communities is a key move to continuously innovate ideological and political work models and build a sound talent training system.Its constituent elements,functional positioning,mechanism design,practical paths,and other specific contents need to be further studied.Based on the perspective of ecological systems theory,this paper provides theoretical and methodological guidance and logical construction guidance for the education environment configuration and system design of"one-stop"college students'community from the aspects of giving full play to the educational function of the environment,adjusting the supply and demand relationship between the educational subject and object,and improving the synergy between educational resources.Moreover,it provides methodological guidance for the functional positioning and elemental analysis of the"one-stop"student community in universities from aspects of highlighting individual factors,promoting student development,optimizing the proximal process,improving the quality and efficiency of education,enhancing the environmental system,cultivating campus culture,connecting education elements,and achieving the"three comprehensive education".Then,the paper points out the practical path of"one-stop"student community construction in colleges and universities,which includes integrating community space,creating an educational environment,highlighting student subjectivity,optimizing educational models,improving work mechanisms,and accumulating joint educational efforts.
