大学生自主创业教育与高校个性化就业指导的实施

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业是重要的民生工程之一,现有高校毕业生中普遍存在就业压力大、就业效率低等问题。学生缺乏自主创业意识和能力,学校无法为学生提供更好的就业指导和就业平台,使得大学生就业问题渐趋严峻。深入推广大学生自主创业教育和高校个性化就业指导等教学工作,以平台建设、理论灌输、资源服务、社会联合等方式开展多种就业指导教育活动,帮助高校大学生实现高质量、广覆盖的就业,有效落实社会就业民生处理工作。The employment problem in colleges and universities is one of the important livelihood projects.Among the existing college graduates,there are widespread problems such as high employment pressure and low employment efficiency.Students lack the awareness and ability to start their own businesses,and the school cannot provide students with better employment guidance and employment platform,which makes the employment problem of college students more and more serious.In-depth promotion of college students'self-employment education and personalized employment guidance in colleges and universities,and various employment guidance and education activities are carried out by means of platform construction,theoretical indoctrination,resource service and social alliance to help college students achieve high-quality and wide-ranging employment goals and effectively implement social employment and people's livelihood.
