摘 要:近年来,随着我国畜禽养殖业向“限抗”“禁抗”“替抗”的转变,肉鸡的肠道因失去抗生素的保护而变得非常脆弱,肠道健康问题成为当前肉鸡养殖户关注的热点问题。豆粕作为肉鸡饲粮中主要的蛋白质来源,豆粕中同样含有抗营养因子—大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂,可损害肉鸡肠道健康。因此,通过总结胰蛋白酶抑制剂的概念及其对肉鸡生长和肠道健康的影响,以期为合理利用豆粕及改善肉鸡肠道健康提供参考。In recent years,with the transformation of China's livestock and poultry industry to"limited antibiotic","banned antibiotic"and"replacement antibiotic",the intestines of broilers become very vulnerable due to the loss of antibiotic protection.The growth and intestinal health of poultry broilers have become a hot issue of concern for poultry broiler farmers.Soybean meal,the main protein in broiler diets,also contains an anti-nutritional factor named soy Trypsin inhibitor,which can harm the intestinal health of broilers.Therefore,the concept of Trypsin inhibitor meal and its effects on the growth and intestinal health of broilers were summarized in order to provide reference for rational utilization of soybean meal and improvem ent of intestinal health of broilers.
