摘　　要：新农科背景下,高等农林院校进行人才培养模式的改革和探索是培养创新创业型人才的必经之路。自教育部提出推进高校创新创业教育以来,创新创业教育已成为深化教育改革的重要载体和促进学生全面发展的重要平台。文章基于我国当前创新创业教育的现状,结合学院现有条件、政策及历年来本科生科研实践训练和参赛经验,总结凝练出“平台支撑+兴趣团队+导师领航+项目连结+竞赛提升”的“五位一体”创新创业型动物科学专业人才培养模式,为我国家禽产业的高质量发展提供人才支撑,也为我国农林院校创新创业型人才培养提供参考。Under the background of new agricultural science,the reform and exploration of talent training mode in higher ag⁃riculture and forestry colleges is the only way to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Since the Ministry of Education proposed to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,innovation and entrepreneurship edu⁃cation has become an important carrier for deepening educational reform and an important platform for promoting the all-round development of students.Based on the current conditions and policies of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China,combined with the previous experiences in scientific research practice training and competition,a“Five in one”training model(Platform follow up+team effort+mentor guidance+project support+competition deep cultivation)had been perfected and summa⁃rized for the training of students in animal science major in this study,which would provide talent support for the high-quality de⁃velopment of China′s poultry industry and provide valuable reference for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agricultural and forestry universities in China.
