抗逆力、压力知觉在轨道交通行业驾驶类专业大学生情绪稳定性中的效应研究——以天津铁道职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：本研究通过对轨道交通行业驾驶类专业大学生量表测量,结果显示,抗逆力、压力知觉和情绪稳定性之间两两相关,压力知觉、抗逆力能够预测情绪稳定性,抗逆力在压力知觉与情绪稳定性之间起到了部分中介作用。为此,提出一系列教育启示,通过提高轨道交通行业驾驶类专业学生抗逆力和减小压力知觉的方式提升情绪稳定性。The results of this study,measured by a scale for students majoring in driving in the railway industry,showed that there was a pairwise correlation between resilience,stress perception and emotional stability.Stress perception,resilience could predict emotional stability,and resilience played a partially mediating role between stress perception and emotional stability.To this end,a series of educational insights are proposed to enhance emotional stability by improving resilience and reducing stress perception among students majoring in driving in the railway industry.
