摘 要:针对难加工材料GH4169镍基高温合金切削问题,制备了TiAlN/TiAlSiN复合涂层切削刀具,主要研究了不同偏压下TiAlN/TiAlSiN复合涂层刀具的涂层显微组织、力学性能以及切削GH4169镍基高温合金时的切削性能。结果表明:偏压和涂层厚度增加,涂层柱状晶趋势明显,表面孔隙减少,涂层致密性提高;偏压增加,复合涂层与基体结合力增加,并且在偏压为-100V时,结合力达到最大值74.3N。涂层的硬度和弹性模量也随着偏压的增加而增大;切削GH4169高温合金时,涂层刀具的切削磨损量明显小于未涂层刀具,且随着偏压的增加,涂层刀具的寿命得到提高;当偏压为-100V时,切削寿命最高,这归因于切削过程中Ni, Cr, Al等元素氧化并在表面形成一层致密且具有一定润滑特性的保护膜。The cutting problem of difficult to machine material GH4169 nickel based high-temperature alloy is proposed,and TiAlN/TiAlSiN composite coating tools are prepared.The main research focuses on the coating microstructure,mechanical properties,and cutting performance of TiAlN/TiAlSiN composite coating cutting tools under different biases when cutting GH4169 nickel based high-temperature alloy.The results show that with the increase of bias voltage,the coating thickness increases,the trend of columnar crystals in the coating is obvious,the surface pores decrease,and the coating density improves.The increase in bias voltage increases the bonding force between the composite coating and the substrate,and the maximum bonding force reaches 74.3N when the bias voltage is-100V.The hardness and elastic modulus of the coating also increase with the increase of bias voltage.When cutting GH4169 high-temperature alloy,the cutting wear of coated tools is significantly smaller than that of uncoated tools,and with the increase of bias voltage,the life of coated tools is improved.When the bias voltage is-100V,the cutting life is the highest,which is attributed to the formation of a relatively dense protective film with certain lubrication characteristics on the surface due to the oxidation of elements such as Ni,Cr,Al during the cutting process.
