摘　　要：基于新时代背景,明确了培养“德才兼备、知行合一”的创新型管理人才的目标,确立了“精神动力、行动能力、成长韧力”三维融合的人才培养新理念,提出管理类人才应具备精神素养力、专业执行力和创新持续力三大新核心胜任力,以此为导向,构建出“德育、专业、创新”三位一体的人才培养模式,为推动建立高校创新型管理人才培养模式提供借鉴与参考。Against the background of the new era,in our current study we clarified the goal of cultivating innovative management talents who need“acquire both ability and moral integrity,and combine knowledge and practice”,established a new concept of talent cultivation that combined the three dimensions of“spiritual motivation,executive ability and growth resilience”,and further proposed that management talents need have the new core competencies of spiritual literacy,professional execution,and sustained innovation.By following these principles,we further developed a“three-in-one”talent cultivation model of“morality development,professional education,and innovation cultivation”,thus providing a reference for higher education institutions to promote the innovation of talent cultivation model for innovative management talents.
