摘 要:为提高重载铁路供电臂再生制动能量利用率,实现平衡供电,补偿无功、谐波,抑制负序,平衡供电装置成为近年重载铁路的关注对象,在既有牵引变电所中增设平衡供电装置的改造项目与日俱增。结合平衡供电系统在大准线某牵引变电所的实际改造应用情况和经验,对平衡供电系统包括主接线、总平面布置、防雷保护范围核算、牵引网侧保护配置及定值计算的工程化设计应用方案进行分析探讨,提出了平衡系统改造工程化设计的重点以及改造方案的建议。In order to improve the energy utilization of regenerative braking of power supply arm in heavy haul railway,realize balanced power supply,compensate reactive power and harmonic,and suppress negative sequence,balanced power supply device has become the focus of heavy haul railway in recent years,and the transformation projects of adding balanced power supply device in existing traction substation are increasing day by day.Combined with the practical application and experience of the balanced power supply system in a traction substation on a large line,this paper analyzes and discusses the engineering design and application scheme of the balanced power supply system,including main wiring,general layout,lightning protection scope accounting,traction network side protection configuration and fixed value calculation,and puts forward the key points of the engineering design of the balanced system transformation and suggestions of the transformation scheme.
