摘　　要：以市政资产为载体,市场化为手段,开展智慧城投建设运营,打造市政基础设施“投、建、管、营”一体化发展模式,结合南宁市新型智慧城市建设和数字经济建设发展要求,加快推进南宁城投集团转型升级,以打造“智慧城投”为目标,搭建“1+3+N”模式的智慧城投云平台,为服务城市管理、政府决策、市民生活、企业管控及业务板块协同发展夯实基础,提高市政资产运行管理的精细化、智能化水平和运营效益,提升集团核心竞争力和品牌影响力。With municipal assets as the carrier and marketization as the means,we will carry out the construction and operation of smart city investment,create an integrated development model of"investment,construction,management and operation"of municipal infrastructure,and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Nanning City Investment Group in combination with the development requirements of Nanning's new smart city construction and digital economy construction.With the goal of creating"smart city investment",we will build a"1+3+N"model smart city investment cloud platform to serve urban management,government decision-making,citizens'lives,enterprise control and business sectors.
