摘  要:针对现有机器人上位机软件在匹配不同控制器硬件的机器人时,存在机器人软件开发、调试工作复杂、繁重等问题。以霍煤鸿骏铝电厂多智能机器人上位机管理应用为背景,提出一种多智能机器人通用上位机适配技术,定义了机器人软件开发协议,建立了基于XML的通用上位机适配架构。现场应用表明:基于XML的多机器人上位机适配技术,软件开发调试简单,能够对不同机器人进行快速接入,缩短了测试周期,降低了操作难度,更便捷的完成了多机器人上位机界面的统一运维管理。In response to the complex and cumbersome development and debugging work of existing robot upper computer software when matching robots with different controller hardware,a multi-intelligent machine universal upper computer adaptation technology is proposed based on the management application of multi-intelligent robot upper computer in Huomei Hongjun Aluminum Power Plant.The robot software development protocol is defined,and a universal upper computer adaptation architecture based on XML is established.The on-site application shows that the XML based multi robot upper computer adaptation technology has simple software development and debugging,which can quickly connect different robots,shorten testing cycles,reduce operational difficulties,and more conveniently complete the unified operation and maintenance management of the multi robot upper computer interface.
