摘　　要：星形胶质细胞(astrocyte,AS)是中枢神经系统最丰富的神经胶质细胞,其参与神经系统诸多生理和病理过程。其表型的改变对中枢神经系统的健康尤为重要。表观遗传学机制包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA调控和染色质重塑等,皆与AS增殖、分化、炎症等表型特征的改变紧密联系,但这些机制如何发挥作用仍需要探索与总结。通过综述在不同的生理和病理状态下表观遗传学机制对AS作用的最新进展,以期为相关疾病的认识和治疗提供新思路。Astrocytes(AS)are the most abundant glial cells in the central nervous system and are involved in many physiological and pathological processes in the nervous system.Alterations in their phenotype are particularly important for the health of the CNS.Epigenetic mechanisms,including DNA methylation,histone modification,non-coding RNA regulation,and chromatin remodeling,are closely linked to alterations in AS proliferation,differentiation,inflammation,and other phenotypic features,but how these mechanisms function needs to be explored and summarized.By reviewing the recent advances in the role of epigenetic mechanisms in AS under various physiological and pathological states,we aim to provide new ideas for the understanding and treatment of related diseases.
