以就业为导向的高职财务管理专业人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：随着经济社会的不断发展,以就业为导向的高职财务管理专业人才培养成为当前财务教育领域关注的焦点。基于此,文章分析了当前高职财务管理专业人才培养中普遍存在的问题,制定了以就业为导向的高职财务管理专业人才培养原则,并提出了具体的人才培养策略,以期为高职财务管理人才培养提供借鉴。With the continuous development of economy and society,the employment-orientedcultivation of financial management professionals in higher vocational colleges has become the focus of current financial education.Based on this,this paper analyzes the common problems in the current cultivation of financial management professionals in vocational colleges,formulates the employment-oriented principles for cultivating financial management professionals in vocational colleges,and puts forward specific cultivation strategies,with a view to providing reference for the cultivation of financial management professionals in vocational colleges.
