摘 要:为了在不改变泵水力部件结构方案和基本水力性能的前提下抑制泵的振动,分析了NiCrAlY硬涂层材料对离心泵叶轮振动特性的影响。针对无涂层叶轮、上盖板涂层、下盖板涂层、叶片涂层的4种叶轮模型,采用有限元分析方法计算得到叶轮的固有特性,并进行叶轮的谐响应分析和瞬态响应分析。最后通过涂覆硬涂层前、后的叶轮模态测试以及响应测试,对叶轮涂覆硬涂层的减振效果进行试验验证。研究发现,相对于上盖板和下盖板涂层,叶片表面涂覆硬涂层对叶轮固有特性及振动响应有更大影响,叶片涂覆硬涂层后,叶轮模态阻尼比增加4.76%,减振效果达到22%以上。研究结果可为离心泵的减振降噪提供参考。In order to suppress pump vibration and noise without changing the hydraulic component structure and basic hydraulic performance,the influence of NiCrAlY hard-coating on vibration characteristics of a centrifugal pump impeller were studied.Four simulation models of impeller including original impeller,the upper cover,lower cover and blade coated with hard-coating,were built.The natural frequencies of the 4 models were calculated by finite element analysis.Harmonic and transient response analyses of the impellers were carried out.Finally,the vibration damping effect of the impeller hard-coating was verified by the modal test and response test of the impeller before and after the hard coating is applied.The research results show that compared with the upper and lower cover,the blade with hard-coating has better damping effect on the natural characteristics and vibration response of the impeller.The modal damping ratio of the impeller increases by 4.76%,and the damping effect of hard-coating on the blade reaches over 22%.
