摘　　要：人类文明新形态是中国共产党为世界文明做出的伟大贡献,要使其科学内涵与世界意义在国际社会获得准确理解与广泛认同,必须加强国际传播工作。人类文明新形态国际传播效能的提升需要在精准把握人类文明新形态理论内涵的基础上,全面分析人类文明新形态国际传播的机遇与挑战,并从话语构建、话语转换和话语传播三个向度入手,反思人类文明新形态国际传播的创新路径,提高中国价值理念的国际传播影响力。A new model for human advancement is a great contribution made by the Communist Party of China to world civilization.To ensure that the scientific connotation and world significance of it are accurately understood and widely recognized by the international community,the international communication of a new model for human advancement must be strengthened.To improve the effectiveness of its international communication,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the opportunities and challenges of its international communication on the basis of accurately grasping the theoretical connotation of a new model for human advancement,and reflect on the innovative path of its international communication from the three aspects of discourse construction,discourse transformation and discourse communication,so as to improve the international communication influence of Chinese values.
