摘 要:随着纯电动汽车产业的迅速发展,底盘合装线的布局优化成为提高生产效率、降低成本以及应对市场需求变化的关键。通过对纯电动汽车底盘合装线的系统分析和4个具体布局案例的深入研究,探讨底盘合装线布局设计的原则、挑战及其对生产效率和灵活性的影响。研究结果表明,通过合理的布局设计,采用自动化和模块化装配技术,可以显著提高底盘合装线的生产效率和适应性。With the rapid development of the pure electric vehicle industry,the layout optimization of chassis assembly lines has become the key to improve production efficiency,reduce costs and respond to changes in market demand.Through the systematic analysis of the chassis assembly line of battery electric vehicles and the in-depth study of 4 specific layout cases,the principles,challenges and effects on production efficiency and flexibility of the chassis assembly line layout design are discussed.The results show that the production efficiency and adaptability of chassis assembly line can be significantly improved through rational layout design,automation and modular assembly technology.
