摘  要:履带板变形是常见的热处理缺陷之一。首先,介绍履带板淬火工艺和变形机理,结合Deform软件模拟,通过实验对比分析不同加热温度、喷淋流量对25CrMnB履带板热处理变形的影响规律。结果表明:加热温度越高,履带板淬火变形波动性更大;当上喷淋流量大于或等于下喷淋流量时,履带板上表面中间凸起,且上下流量差异越大,变形越显著;当上喷淋流量小于下喷淋流量时,上表面呈现中间下凹的变形趋势。The deformation of track plate is one of the common defects in heat treatment.Firstly,the quenching process and deformation mechanism of the track plate are introduced,and then combined with the simulation of Deform software,the influence rules of different heating temperatures and spray flow on the heat treatment deformation of 25CrMnB track plate are compared and analyzed through experiments.The results show that the quenching deformation fluctuation of track plate is larger with higher heating temperature.When the upper spray flow rate is greater than or equal to the lower spray flow rate,the middle of the upper surface of the track plate is convex,and the greater the difference between the upper and lower flow rate,the more significant the deformation.When the upper spray flow rate is less than the lower spray flow rate,the upper surface presents a concave deformation trend in the middle.
