摘 要:名校游的方式使研学旅行蜕变成普通的观光旅游,失去了其教育性,如何使高校研学旅行回归教育本质,值得学界和业界共同反思。基于动机与限制理论,以高校研学旅行开发为切入点,选取江西为案例地,通过423份调研问卷,第三方视角系统解读高校开发研学旅行的动机与限制。探索性因子分析方法将动机归纳为产学研一体化型、自我创新型、社会服务型和品牌提升型四类,将限制合并为潜在限制、结构限制和运营限制三类。最后,以激发动机和突破限制两维度提出高校研学旅行开发的江西方案。The way of famous school travel transforms study travel into ordinary sightseeing tours and loses the educational nature.How to make study travel in universities return to the essence of education deserves the joint reflection of academia and industry.From the perspective of motivation and restriction theory,this paper took the development of study travel in Jiangxi universities as the breakthrough point,and interpreted the motivation and constrains of study travel in Jiangxi universities through 423 questionnaires.Exploratory factor analysis method summarized motivation into four categories:industry-university-research integration type,self-innovation type,social service type and brand promotion type;and merged constraints into three categories:potential constraints,structure constraints and operation constraints.Finally,a Jiangxi plan for the development of universities study travel that stimulates motivation and breaks through constraints was proposed.
