摘  要:为了合理开发利用典型黑土、阻控土壤退化、维持耕地产能和可持续利用,选择典型黑土区3个地点的杨树林带和紧邻林带的耕地为研究区,通过测定不同土层的土壤有机碳质量分数、酶活性、化学性质和总球囊霉素质量分数,结合气候因素,分析两种土地利用类型下土壤有机碳质量分数的分布特征及其影响因素。结果表明:(1)林带和耕地土壤有机碳质量分数平均值在克山县和宾县的所有土层均存在显著差异(P<0.05),且林带高于耕地,而辽源市的所有土层土壤均无显著差异(P>0.05)(2)3个地点耕地及辽源市林带土壤有机碳质量分数平均值随着土壤深度的增加而显著降低(P<0.05),而克山县和宾县林带的土层土壤均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)林带和耕地土壤有机碳质量分数与β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶活性、β-葡萄糖苷酶活性、总球囊霉素质量分数、全磷质量分数、碱解氮质量分数具有极显著的正相关性(P<0.01);林带土壤有机碳质量分数与pH呈极显著的正相关(P<0.01),与年平均气温和年平均降水量呈显著的负相关(P<0.05),与有效磷质量分数相关性不显著(P>0.05);耕地土壤有机碳与有效磷质量分数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与年平均气温、年平均降水量和pH相关性不显著(P>0.05)。(4)影响土壤有机碳质量分数的主要因子为总球囊霉素、碱解氮和全磷,次要因子为年平均气温、年平均降水量、β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶和pH。To reasonably develop and utilize typical black soil,control soil degradation,maintain arable land capacity and sustainable use,three sites in typical black soil areas were selected.Populus forest belts and adjacent cultivated land were chosen as the study areas.Soil organic carbon mass fractions,enzyme activities,chemical properties,and total glomalin mass fractions were determined in different soil layers.Combined with climatic factors,the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of soil organic carbon mass fractions under two land use types were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)Significant differences(P<0.05)existed in the average soil organic carbon mass fractions between forest belts and cultivated land in all soil layers of Keshan County and Bin County,with forest belts higher than cultivated land,while there were no significant differences(P>0.05)in all soil layers of Liaoyuan City.(2)The average soil organic carbon mass fractions of cultivated land and forest belts in Liaoyuan City at the three sites decreased significantly with increasing soil depth(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences(P>0.05)in soil layers of forest belts in Keshan County and Bin County.(3)Soil organic carbon mass fractions in forest belts and cultivated land were significantly positively correlated(P<0.01)withβ-N-acetylglucosaminidase activity,β-glucosidase activity,total glomalin mass fractions,total phosphorus mass fractions,and alkaline nitrogen mass fractions.Soil organic carbon mass fractions in forest belts were significantly positively correlated with pH(P<0.01)and significantly negatively correlated with annual average temperature and annual average precipitation(P<0.05),while the correlation with available phosphorus mass fractions was not significant(P>0.05).The mass frations of soil organic carbon and available phosphorus in cultivated land are significantly positively correlated(P<0.01),while their correlation with annual average temperature,annual average precipitation,and pH is not signific
