摘  要:文章主要从降低铁路货车车辆碳排放、提升铁路货车车辆运行能源效率的轻量化技术出发,具体以铁路货车铸件的疲劳设计为研究对象,分析传统铁路货车铸件疲劳设计方法的现状,提出基于FKM规范的铸件S-N曲线计算方法,并进行了转向架侧架抗疲劳设计的对比分析和样件试验验证。研究结果表明:在铁路货车铸件疲劳设计过程中,基于FKM规范计算得到的S-N曲线并采用累积损伤法进行疲劳评估,可以避免复杂的计算过程,同时可较传统疲劳评估方法得到更小的累积损伤,使得铸件结构具有更多的轻量化空间,可有效地降低铁路货车的结构重量。Based on the lightweight technology of reducing carbon emissions of railway freight cars and improving energy efficiency of railcar operation,this paper takes the fatigue design of castings on railway freight cars as the research object,analyzes current status of traditional fatigue design methods for castings on railway freight cars,proposes a casting S-N curve calculation method based on FKM specifications,and conducts comparative analysis and sample test verification of anti-fatigue design for the side frames of bogies.The study results indicate that,in the fatigue design process for the castings of railcars,the S-N curve calculated based on the FKM specification and the cumulative damage method used for fatigue assessment can avoid complex calculations,and can bring about smaller cumulative damage compared to traditional fatigue assessment methods,leaving the casting structure more lightweight space and consequently an effective reduction of structural weight of railway freight cars.
