摘　　要：组织学是高职护理学专业重要的医学基础课,存在教学内容微观抽象学习难度较大、学科内容基础相关整合联系不足、学生自控能力不强等问题。结合学科特点,融合对分课堂与同伴教学的教育理念,创建PAPI教学模式,包括教师讲授、内化吸收、实践学习与同伴教学4个环节。同时,改进教学评价体系以落实各个环节。研究结果表明,该教学模式形成闭环教学过程,符合学生认知规律,可以培养学生的综合能力,增强教学效果。learning of teaching content,insufficient integration and connection of subject content foundations,and weak self-control ability of students.Based on the characteristics of the discipline,integrating the educational philosophy of split classroom and peer teaching,we have created a PAPI teaching model,which includes four stages:teacher's lectures,internalization and absorption,practical learning,and peer teaching.At the same time,improve the teaching evaluation system to implement various aspects.The research results indicate that this teaching model forms a closed-loop teaching process,conforms to the cognitive laws of students,can cultivate their comprehensive abilities,and enhance teaching effectiveness.
