摘 要:目的探讨数字化微笑设计技术(DSD)在本科生临床口腔美学教学的审美教育中应用的研究。方法按照随机数字表法将2022年7—12月在三峡大学第二人民医院进行口腔美学修复实习的60名临床本科生分为两组,每组各30例,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用融合DSD的教学模式,对比两组口腔专业知识掌握情况、口腔修复审美能力及自主学习能力。结果教学结束后,观察组面部分析、牙齿分析、牙龈分析及图像采集得分均高于教学前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组口腔修复审美能力各项目得分均高于教学前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力各维度评分高于教学前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论在本科生临床口腔美学教学的审美教育中应用DSD具有良好的教学效果,有利于增强学生自主学习能力及口腔修复审美能力,从而提升口腔专业知识掌握度。Objective To explore the application of Digital Smile Design(DSD)technology in aesthetic education of clinical oral aesthetics teaching for undergraduates.Methods According to the random number table method,60 clinical undergraduates who underwent oral aesthetic restoration internships at the Second People's Hospital of China Three Gorges University from July to December 2022 were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional teaching mode,while the observation group got integrated DSD teaching model.The mastery of oral professional knowledge,aesthetic ability of oral restoration,and self-learning ability of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the observation group had higher scores in facial analysis,tooth analysis,gingival analysis,and image acquisition than before teaching and the control group(P<0.05).The observation group scored higher in all aspects of oral restoration aesthetic ability than before teaching and the control group(P<0.05).The observation group scored higher in all dimensions of self-taught ability than before teaching and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of DSD in the aesthetic education of clinical oral aesthetics teaching for undergraduates has a good teaching effect,which is conducive to enhancing students'self-learning ability and oral restoration aesthetic ability,so as to improve their mastery of oral professional knowledge.
