摘 要:OBE理念作为一种上升到理性高度的观念,若要指导教师个体的教学行为,则需要具体化。OBE理念需要具体化,既是由理念本身的特点所规定,也是教师有效开展教学活动的现实诉求,而“教-学-评”一致性建构则是OBE理念具体化的必然走向。要实现“教-学-评”的一致性,需要坚持系统思维,确立清晰恰当的课程与教学目标,并促进基于目标三个“一致”,即“教-学”一致、“教—评”一致和“学-评”一致。As a concept that reaches a rational level,"outcome-based education(OBE)"needs to be concretized to guide teachers'teaching behaviors.The concretization of the OBE concept is determined not only by its characteristics but also by practical requirements for teachers to effectively carry out teaching activities.While the construction of alignment between teaching,learning,and assessment is its inevitable direction.To achieve consistency in"teaching-learning-assessment,"it is necessary to adhere to systematic thinking,establish clear and appropriate curriculum and teaching goals,and promote three forms of"consistency"based on the goals,which are"teaching-learning"consistency,"teaching-evaluation"consistency,and"learning-evaluation"consistency.
