双心境稳定剂结合心理疗法双相情感障碍患者冲动攻击行为及脑CT成像的影响

摘　　要：目的分析双心境稳定剂联合心理疗法对双相情感障碍(BD)患者冲动攻击行为、心理弹性及脑CT成像的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月收治的74例BD患者,按随机数字表法分组,对照组(37例)给予双心境稳定剂治疗,研究组(37例)在对照组基础上加用心理疗法,比较2组治疗效果、冲动攻击行为、心理弹性及脑CT成像参数。结果研究组总有效率(94.59%)较对照组(75.68%)更高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后身体攻击、语言攻击、自我攻击及攻击物品评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后力量性、坚韧性及乐观性评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后HI、TVW水平较对照组更低,VI、LVBI水平较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论双心境稳定剂联合心理疗法用于BD治疗,有利于疗效提高,改善患者脑功能,促进患者心理弹性提高,并减轻冲动攻击行为。Objective To analyze the effects of dual mood stabilizers combined with psychotherapy on impulsive and aggressive behaviors,psychological resilience,and brain computed tomography(CT)imaging in patients with bipolaRdisordeR(BD).Methods A total of 74 BD patients admitted from January 2021 to DecembeR2022 were selected and randomly assigned into the control group and study group,with 37 cases peRgroup.Dual mood stabilizers were applied to both groups,and psychotherapy was additionally given to the study group.The treatment effects,impulsive and aggressive behaviors,psychological resilience,and brain CT imaging data were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higheRthan that of the control group(94.59%vs 75.68%,P<0.05)AfteRtreatment,the scores of physical attack,language attack,self-attack,and attack of objects in the study group were significantly loweRthan those of the control group(P<0.05).AfteRtreatment,the scores of strength,resilience,and optimism in the study group were significantly higheRcompared to those of the control group(P<0.05).AfteRtreatment,the Hastelloy index(HI)and the third ventricle width(TVW)levels in the study group were significantly loweRthan those of the control group,while the ventriculaRindex(VI)and left ventriculaRbasal integral(LVBI)levels were significantly higheR(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual mood stabilizers combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of BD is beneficial to improving efficacy,brain function and psychological resilience,and reducing impulsive and aggressive behaviors.
