系统科学视域下高校学生教育管理机制探索与研究

摘　　要：大学生教育管理是大学核心职责所在,是高校大学生德智体美劳全面发展的基础所在。高校是一个复杂的系统,在系统科学视域下,运用控制论从信息传输和处理的特性角度研究各类系统中共同的控制规律,将控制论的思想和要素运用在高校学生教育管理中,践行以学生为中心,倡导系统思维,构建和优化高校学生教育管理机制模式,即平稳、准确、高质量地完成学生教育管理,帮助高校育人共同体各相关群体在学生教育管理工作中理清责任、把握规律、强化担当。College education management is one of the core university responsibilities and the foundation for a comprehensive student development in terms of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.As a complex system,it is necessary for universities to clarify their responsibilities in student training,the extents of these responsibilities,and specific measures to shoulder these responsibilities,in order to ensure a reasonable student education management system operation.From the perspective of systems science,this paper advises to transform the real world of student systems into the mathematical world,which is conducive to figure out innovative practical problem solutions for students.Cybernetics studies the common control laws in various systems from the perspective of information transmission and processing characteristics.This paper applies the cybernetic concepts and elements to college student education management.It calls for a student-centered thinking,advocates a systematic thinking,constructs and optimizes college student education management mechanism.Therefore,it initiates a smooth,accurate,and high-quality completion of student education management,helping various relevant communities in college education clarify their responsibilities,grasp the laws,and strengthen their responsibilities in their operation.
