摘　　要：在数字经济时代及VUCA环境背景下,提升数字化能力成为制造企业数字化转型和可持续发展的必然选择。为了探究数字化能力对企业绩效的内在作用机理,基于动态能力理论,从组织即兴视角构建“数字化能力—即兴能力—企业绩效”的理论模型,运用层次回归分析方法和Bootstrap分析方法对218份制造企业样本进行实证检验。研究结果表明:将数字化能力按照资源集聚到转化的流程划分的数字平台能力、数字创新能力,二者均对企业绩效有显著的正向影响,前者对企业绩效的影响更强;即兴能力在数字平台能力、数字创新能力与企业绩效之间均起到部分中介作用;数字型领导在数字平台能力、数字创新能力与即兴能力的关系间均发挥正向调节作用。研究结论丰富了数字化能力领域和领导风格领域的学术研究,也为制造企业数字化转型和升级提供了借鉴。In the era of digital economy and the context of the VUCA environment,improving digital capabilities has become an inevitable choice for the digital transformation and sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises.In order to explore the internal mechanism of digital capabilities on enterprise performance,this paper is based on the dynamic capability theory,constructs a theoretical model of“digital capabilities-improvisation capabilities-enterprise performance”from the perspective of organizational improvisation,and uses hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrap analysis to empirically test 218 manufacturing enterprise samples.The results show that:digital platform capabilities and digital innovation capabilities,which are divided into digital capabilities according to the process of resource utilization.Both of them have a significant positive impact on enterprise performance,and the former has a stronger impact on firm performance.Improvisation plays a part-mediating role between digital platform capabilities,digital innovation capabilities and enterprise performance.Digital leadership plays a positive role in moderating the relationship between digital platform capabilities,digital innovation capabilities and improvisation capabilities.The research findings enrich academic research in the fields of digital capabilities and leadership styles,and also provide reference for the digital transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.
