摘  要:培训迁移理论关于影响因素的分析和评价方法的研究,为师资培训提供了高效的分析框架。“钱塘江流域历史文化名村名镇保护和活化创意师资培训项目”在该理论指导下,研究环境设计教师TPACK能力提升的途径,包括:在培训计划阶段沟通谋划确定培训设计,引导教师树立正确的培训动机;在培训实施阶段优化培训内容设计,塑造良好的培训环境,促进教师TPACK能力感知;在应用阶段推动教学实践应用和培训评估,积极营造持续学习氛围,实现TPACK能力的应用和融合。本研究期待为环境设计师资培训提供理论与实践依据。The research on the analysis and evaluation methods of influencing factors in Training Transfer Theory provides an efficient analytical framework for teacher training.Under the guidance of this theory,the"Qiantang River Valley Historic and Cultural Village and Town Protection and Revitalization Creative Teacher Training Project"studies ways to promote the TPACK ability of Environmental Design teachers,including:In the planning stage,communicate and plan to determine the design of the training plan,and guide teachers to establish the correct training motivation;in the implementation stage,optimize the design of training content,shape a good training environment,and promote teachers'perception of TPACK ability;in the application stage,promote the application of teaching practice and training evaluation,actively create a continuous learning atmosphere for training transfer,and promote the application and integration of TPACK capabilities.The research results provide theoretical and practical basis for the training of Environmental Designers.
