摘  要:试验旨在研究低蛋白日粮中添加复合酶对白羽肉鸡生长性能、血清生化和抗氧化指标、免疫功能和消化器官的影响。将288只1日龄白羽肉鸡随机分为6组,试验期42 d,试验配方设计1~21日龄和22~42日龄两阶段。对照组(CK组)饲喂常规蛋白日粮(两阶段粗蛋白水平分别为21.28%和19.04%);试验组均饲喂低蛋白日粮(两阶段粗蛋白水平较CK组分别降低0.97%和0.94%),试验1、2、3组全程分别添加200 mg/kg复合酶A(T1组)、200 mg/kg复合酶B(T2组)、300 mg/kg复合酶B(T3组),试验4组两阶段分别添加复合酶B 100、300 mg/kg;另设低蛋白日粮组(T0组)。试验结束时进行生长性能、血清生化和抗氧化指标、免疫功能和消化器官发育情况的测定分析。结果表明:T2、T3组21日龄活体重、42日龄活体重和欧洲生产效率指数均较高,T3组1~42日龄料重比低于其他组;CK组和T3组血清中尿素(UREA)含量显著低于T4组(P<0.05),T2组血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著高于T1组外的其他组(P<0.05),T0、T1和T2组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量显著低于T4组(P<0.05);T4组IgA、IgG和IgE显著高于T0组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在低蛋白日粮中添加复合酶能够提高白羽肉鸡指标和抗氧化能力,促进免疫器官和消化器官发育,提高免疫力。This study was conducted to study the effects of compound enzyme supplementation within a low-protein diet on the growth performance,serum biochemical and antioxidant parameters,immune function,and digestive organ development in white-feather broilers.A total of 288 one-day-old white-feathered broilers were randomly distributed into six treatment groups.The trial spanned 42 days and comprised two dietary formulation stages:1-21 days and 22-42 days.The control group(CK)received a conventional protein diet with protein levels of 21.28%and 19.04%during the respective stages.Other treatment groups received a low-protein diet with crude protein levels 0.97%and 0.94%lower than the CK group for the same periods.The groups T1,T2,and T3 were supplemented with 200 mg/kg complex enzyme A,200 mg/kg complex enzyme B,and 300 mg/kg complex enzyme B,respectively.Moreover,the T4 groups was supplemented with 100 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg complex enzyme B enzyme in the first and second stages,respectively.And the T0 group received the low protein diet without enzyme supplementation.The results showed that the T2,T3 group exhibited significantly higher values for 21-day live weight,42-day live weight,and the production index compared to other groups.Additionally,the feed-to-weight ratio for the entire 1-42 days period was lower in the T3 group.Serum urea levels in the CK and T3 groups were significantly lower than those in the T4 group(P<0.05).Conversely,the serum aspartate aminotransferase content in the T2 group was notably higher than T0,T3 and T4 groups(P<0.05).Serum superoxide dismutase content in the T0,T1,and T2 groups was significantly lower than in the T4 group(P<0.05).Furthermore,T4 group displayed significantly higher levels of IgA,IgG,and IgE compared to the T0 group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the incorporation of compound enzymes into the low-protein diet of white-feathered broilers enhances the biochemical and antioxidant capacity of white-feathered broilers,promotes the development of immune organs and digestive organs,and impro
