摘  要:受全球气候变暖、干旱等因素的影响,食用和饲用农产品中真菌毒素污染问题已日趋严重。呕吐毒素又名脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON),是一种最为常见的真菌毒素,主要由镰刀菌属(Fu⁃sarium spp.)等产生,不仅造成巨大的经济损失,更严重危害人类和畜禽健康。真菌毒素的脱毒方法主要有物理法、化学法和生物法,而基于微生物或酶的生物脱毒方法由于具有特异性强、效率高、无二次污染等优点,已得到越来越多的关注与应用。文章主要综述了DON的毒性及其对动物的致病机理,以及生物脱毒技术在饲料中应用的研究进展,旨在为饲料中DON的生物脱毒提供参考。The problem of mycotoxin contamination in edible and forage agricultural products has become increasingly serious due to global warming and drought.Vomitoxin,also known as deoxynivalenol(DON),is one of the most common mycotoxins,mainly produced by Fusarium spp.and others,which not only causes great economic losses,but also seriously harms the health of humans and livestock.Mycotoxin detoxification methods mainly include physical,chemical and biological methods,while biological detoxification methods based on microorganisms or enzymes have received more and more attention and application due to the advantages of strong specificity,high efficiency and no secondary pollution.This paper mainly reviews the toxicity of DON and its pathogenic mechanism to animals,as well as the research progress on the application of biological detoxification technology in feeds,aiming to provide reference for the biodetoxification of DON in feeds.
