摘 要:为解决某车身安全带锁扣与座椅本体干涉磨损的问题,开发出一套新的座椅结构,单独将右侧安全带固定点设计在座椅本体上,对新座椅结构的骨架强度进行研究。再通过灵敏度分析法对骨架进行轻量化分析,优化过程中综合考虑碰撞工况及模态工况,通过改变部分零件的厚度实现了骨架降重0.8kg,优化后靠背前向位移最大为66.5mm,与优化前的骨架前向位移偏差为2.2mm,模态频率优化前后的波动率最大为8.1%。最后根据法规要求,对优化后的座椅骨架进行仿真验证分析,以验证实验方案的可行性和有效性,从而验证了优化后的骨架符合座椅强度法规与轻量化要求,新的座椅骨架结构解决了车身干涉的问题,为后期座椅结构设计提供了新的理念和方法。In order to solve the problem of interference and wear between the seat belt buckle and the seat body of a certain car body,a new seat structure was developed.The right side seat belt fixing point was designed on the seat body separately.The frame strength is studied.The lightweight analysis of the skeleton was carried out by the sensitivity analysis method.During the optimi-zation process,the collision conditions and modal conditions were comprehensively considered.By changing the thickness of some parts,the skeleton weight was reduced by 0.8kg,and the forward displacement of the optimized backrest was up to 66.5mm,The deviation from the forward displacement of the skeleton before optimization is 2.2mm,and the fluctuation rate of the modal fre-quency before and after optimization is 8.1%.Finally,in accordance with the requirements of regulations,the optimized seat frame was simulated and analyzed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the experimental plan,thereby verifying that the op-timized frame meets the seat strength regulations and lightweight requirements.The new seat frame The structure solves the prob-lem of body interference and provides a new concept and method for the later seat structure design.
