摘  要:双重背景意指智能时代挑战与高等教育普及化时代挑战共同叠加的背景,作为大学重要使命的人才培养在这一背景下将面临诸多新挑战,因此必须作出创新应对以保障可持续;双重背景下的人才培养内涵更加丰富,将作为文明繁荣重要动力、国家发展重要战略、大学组织重要使命以及个体成长重要路径而存在;双重背景下的大学人才培养在宏观上面临作为人才培养组织的价值衰减的存在性挑战,在中观上存在不同主体间人才培养目标的矛盾,在微观上亦因学生学习生活实践遭遇阻碍而蒙受挑战;缘此提出,要重塑人才培养目标以实现观念创新,创设适应时代背景的人才培养新体系以实现组织创新,对人才培养行动进行优化以推动模式创新,从而保障双重背景下我国人才培养的可持续发展与高质量发展。The dual background of the challenges posed by the intelligent era and the popularization of higher education presents a significant context for talent cultivation,which is an important mission of universities.Under this backdrop,talent cultivation faces numerous new challenges that require innovative responses to ensure sustainability.The connotation of talent cultivation in this dual back-ground becomes more enriched,serving as a crucial driving force for civilization prosperity,national development strategy,university organizational mission,and individual growth path.University talent cultivation in the dual context is faced with the existential challenge of value attenuation as a talent cultivation organization at the macro level,the contradiction of talent cultivation goals among different subjects at the medium level,and the challenge of impediments to students'learning and life practices at the micro level.There-fore,it is proposed to reshape talent cultivation goals to achieve conceptual innovation;establish a new system of talent cultivation that adapts to the era's background to achieve organizational innovation;optimize actions related to talent cultivation models in order to en-sure sustainable and high-quality development of China's talent cultivation under this dual background.
