摘 要:校企合作课程开发是现代产业学院建设与人才培养的核心要素之一,现代产业学院的合作课程具有知识与场景融合、重视“跨界”知识、专产对接与就业引领、课程及教材升级迭代周期加快等特点。由这些特点出发,在校企合作课程开发理念上要把握以人才培养为本,重真才实学,使学生知行合一能直达产业;课程内容、教材及教学做到产教双融、系统整合,根据产业、区域及市场发展变化,做到稳变结合、动态更新;在师资方面体现校企联手、双师协同弥合人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧的“代沟”。在理念落地实施策略上,要重视合作课程的目标、原则、内容、绩效上开发体系的建设,重视课程双师开发团队的建设与激励,并做好合作课程开发的制度及资源等组织保障。The development of college-enterprise cooperation course is one of the core elements of the construction and talent training of modern industrial college.The cooperative course of modern industrial colleges is characterized by integrating knowledge and scenarios,emphasizing“cross-border”knowledge,professional and industrial docking,employment guidance,and accelerating the it-eration cycle of course upgrading.Based on these characteristics,the development concept of college-enterprise cooperation curriculum should focus on talent cultivation,emphasize genuine talent and practical learning,so that students can integrate knowledge and action directly related to the industry;the course content,textbooks,and teaching should integrate industry and education,and be systemati-cally integrated.According to the development changes of industry,region and market,to achieve stability and change combination,dynamic update;the gap should be bridged between the supply side of talent training and the demand side of industry through the col-laboration and coordination of college teachers and enterprises teachers.Attention should be paid to the construction of the development system of the goal,principle,content and performance of the cooperative curriculum in terms of the implementation strategy of the con-cept,as well as the construction and incentive of the curriculum development team.Additionally,the organization,resources and insti-tution of the curriculum development should be ensured.
