摘 要:欧姆接触是目前PTC热敏电阻铝浆存在的主要问题。笔者研究了玻璃化学成分、铝粉及抗氧化剂、烧结工艺对PTC热敏电阻欧姆接触的影响,结果表明,合适的玻璃化学成分,合适的铝粉粒度及生产厂家、合适的抗氧化剂是PTC热敏电阻与铝浆形成欧姆接触的关键因素。优化有机载体配方,选用合适配方的玻璃粉,合适粒度及生产厂家的铝粉,合适的抗氧化剂所得铝浆料的印刷性能、厚度、附着力、欧姆接触的阻值等各项指标符合客户要求。Ohmic contact is currently the main problem with PTC thermistor aluminum pastes.The effects of glass chemical composition,aluminum powder and antioxidants,and sintering process on the ohmic contact of PTC thermistors were studied.The results show that the appropriate glass chemical composition,the appropriate aluminum powder particle size and manufacturer,and the appropriate antioxidant are the key factors for the formation of ohmic contact between PTC thermistor and aluminum paste.Optimize the organic carrier formula,select the appropriate formula of glass powder,the appropriate particle size and the manufacturer's aluminum powder,and the printing performance,thickness,adhesion,ohmic contact resistance and other indicators of the aluminum paste obtained by the appropriate antioxidant meet the customer's requirements.
