摘  要:第六届高校城市地下空间工程专业大学生模型设计竞赛的主题为大跨度地下空间工程的设计与建造,要求使用白卡纸制作模型,具有足够的承载力和抗变形能力,且质量尽可能小.该文以安徽理工大学参赛作品为例,从材料力学性能、概念设计、理论计算、数值优化、制作工艺等方面,对模型结构进行了优化分析,最终完成模型加载试验,在承受满载20 kg时,模型结构沉降量仅为5.40 mm.模型设计竞赛作为培养大学生创新与动手能力的重要科技实践活动,是课堂教学的有益补充与延伸.The topic of the 6th National Model Design Competition for Undergraduates in Urban Underground Space Engineering is the design and construction of large-span underground space projects,which requires the use of white cardboard to make the model with sufficient load-bearing and deformation-resistant capacity,while the mass as small as possible.Taking the works of Anhui University of Science and Technology as an example,the structure model was optimized and analyzed in terms of the material mechanical properties,conceptual design,theoretical calculation,numerical optimization,and manufacturing process.Finally,the model loading test was completed,and the settlement of the model structure was only 5.40 mm when it was subjected to a full load of 20 kg.Model design competition is a scientific and technological practice activity to cultivate students′innovation and practical ability,meanwhile,it is also a useful supplement and extension of classroom teaching.
