摘 要:有限元分析在受力分析及失效分析应用广泛,在设备研发中,三维图纸的优势是可以更直观地模拟设备装配中可能存在的问题,制盐行业设备普遍存在设备研发技术性差、劳动密集型企业技术研发能力弱的问题,并且在日常设备研发中有大量模拟仿真及力学校核需求,故有限元分析应用到制盐及化工设备是相当有必要的,可极大提高设备研发效率以及缩短设备研发周期。Finite element analysis is widely used in force analysis and failure analysis.In equipment research and development,the advantage of three-dimensional drawings can more intui-tively simulate possible problems in equipment assembly.In the salt industry,equipment research and development technology is generally poor,labor intensive enterprises have weak technological research and development capabilities,and there is a large amount of simulation and mechanical verification needs in daily equipment research and development.Therefore,it is necessary to apply finite element analysis to salt and chemical equipment,which can greatly improve equipment re-search and development efficiency and shorten equipment research and development cycles.
