摘 要:为探究不同环境温度对续驶里程及电量消耗的影响,文章以某纯电动车型为例,开展了常温23℃、高温35℃、低温-7℃下的标准全球轻型车辆测试循环(WLTC)工况的能量流测试,并且通过建立能量流分析模型定量分析了不同环境温度下的车辆能量传递特性。结果表明,环境温度对电池充放电特性的影响、热管理系统能耗的增加、电驱动系统能量转换效率的影响、低温模拟阻力的增加是导致车辆续航里程减少、电耗增加的主要原因。In order to explore the influence of different ambient temperatures on driving range and power consumption,this paper takes a battery electric vehicle model as an example,and carries out the standard worldwide light-duty test cycle(WLTC)range test at room temperature of 23℃,high temperature of 35℃,and low temperature-7℃,and quantitatively analyzes the energy transfer characteristics of vehicles at different ambient temperatures by establishing an energy flow analysis model.The results show that the influence of ambient temperature on the charging and discharging characteristics of the battery,the increase of energy consumption of the thermal management system,the influence of the energy conversion efficiency of the electric drive system,and the increase of low temperature simulation resistance are the main reasons for the decrease of vehicle mileage and the increase of power consumption.
