基于JBI证据转化模式的血液透析病人绳梯式穿刺的最佳循证实践

摘　　要：目的:通过血液透析病人绳梯式穿刺管理最佳证据的应用,建立血液透析病人绳梯式穿刺标准管理模式。方法:通过对血液透析病人绳梯式穿刺相关主题的文献检索和质量评价,总结最佳护理管理证据,并结合临床应用和专业判断,制定临床实践质量审查指标并应用于血液透析病人。选取2020年1月—2022年12月医院收治的采用绳梯式穿刺的血液透析病人100例作为研究对象,采用前后对照比较采用最佳证据的绳梯式穿刺管理方案前后的效果,主要包括审查指标的执行情况及病人并发症发生情况。结果:证据实践后,审查指标达标率有明显提高;病人并发症严重程度减轻,发生率均降低(P<0.05)。结论:基于Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)证据转化模式的血液透析病人绳梯式穿刺的最佳循证实践可降低病人并发症发生率,提高病人生活质量。Objective:Established the standard management mode of rope ladder puncture for hemodialysis patients through the application of the best evidence of rope ladder puncture management for hemodialysis patients.Methods:Through the literature search and quality evaluation of rope ladder puncture in hemodialysis patients,summarize the evidence of best care management,and combined with clinical application and professional judgment,the clinical practice quality review indicators were developed to be applied in hemodialysis patients.100 hemodialysis patients with rope ladder from January 2020 to December 2022 in hospital were selected as the research subjects,the comparison of the best evidence of the rope ladder before and after the management scheme,mainly including the implementation of review indicators and complications.Results:After evidence practice,the compliance rate of review indicators had significantly improved,the severity of complications in patients decreased,and the incidence rate decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on JBI evidence conversion mode of hemodialysis patients rope ladder puncture of the best evidence-based practice can reduce patients complication,improve the quality of life of patients.
