摘　　要：“同一健康”是基于多学科的合作努力,在区域、国家和全球范围内开展工作,以实现人类、动物和环境的最佳健康。在探讨“同一健康”理念的起源发展、内涵特征与国内外共识,明确其与辩证自然观的理论契合性、融入我国生态治理的实践可行性的基础上,探究“同一健康”观念在本土化拓展进程中所需面对的诸多挑战,主张通过强化政策融入、府际合作、学科建设使其更好发挥理论引领作用,使之更加适契生态治理需要,促进人与自然和谐共处。"One Health"is the collaborative effort of multiple disciplines conducted regionally,nationally,and globally to attain optimal health for humans,animals and the environment.This paper explores the origin,development,and characteristics of the"One Health"concept,as well as domestic and international consensus.It clarifies the theoretical compatibility of"One Health"with a dialectical view of nature and the feasibility of integrating it into China's ecological governance practices.Moreover,it investigates the various challenges faced during the localization process of the"One Health"concept and advocates for strengthening policy integration,intergovernmental cooperation,and disciplinary development to better fulfill its role as a theoretical guide and align it more closely with the needs of ecological governance.This will promote harmonious coexistence of man and nature.
