摘 要:以羽毛降解菌产吲哚金黄杆菌(Chryseobacterium indolegenes)X Y4为对象,研究其对鸡毛、鸭毛、鹅毛和鸽毛降解过程中结构、可溶性蛋白的变化,并进一步考察不同羽毛发酵液的成分及其对小白菜的促生效果。结果表明:在降解过程中,4种羽毛都是羽小枝结构先被降解,然后羽轴结构被破坏,其中鸭毛的降解速度最快;在降解过程中,蛋白质的量先增加后趋于稳定,其中鸡毛蛋白质的量最高为127.6μg/mL。不同羽毛发酵液中氨基酸组成分析结果表明,鸡毛发酵液中的Asp、Glu的占比最高,总和达到47.5%,Asp、Glu具有促进植物生长的作用。进一步研究发现,鸡毛发酵液中Arg的量最高达到35.1%,可见Arg有利于提高植物的抗逆性。在盆栽实验中,鸡毛和鸽毛发酵液对于白菜的促生效果最显著,其鲜质量分别增加115.7%和125.6%,鸽毛发酵液使白菜株高增加12.0%。The feather-degrading bacteria Chryseobacterium indolegenes X-Y4 was applied to degrade feathers from chicken,duck,goose and pigeon.During the degradation process,we monitored the structural changes of feathers and the release of soluble proteins.In addition,we studied the compositions of different feather fermentation broths,as well as their growth-promoting effects on Chinese cabbage.As a result,the degradation process started from feather twigs,followed by the rachis structures.Among various feathers,the duck feathers showed the fastest degradation.Regarding the release of soluble proteins,the protein contents gradually increased and then stabilized,with the highest level for fermentation broth from chicken feathers(127.6μg/mL).Based on further analysis of amino acid composition in different feather fermentation broths,Asp and Glu,two common components to promote plant growth,showed the highest level in chicken feather fermentation broth,with the total amount reaching 47.5%.In addition,the chicken feather fermentation broth also gave the highest level of Arg(35.1%),a key amino acid to improve plant stress resistance.In the pot experiment,the fermentation liquids from chicken and pigeon feathers demonstrated the most significant effects on the growth of Chinese cabbage,leading to fresh weight increase by 115.7%and 125.6%,respectively.Notably,the plant height could increase by 12.0%from the use of pigeon feather broth.
