摘　　要：ETS原癌基因1(ETS-1)是ETS转录因子家族的成员之一,在肿瘤和炎症等方面发挥重要作用。在炎症性肠病(IBD)和结肠炎相关性结直肠癌(CAC)中,ETS-1通过诱导炎症反应、破坏肠上皮细胞屏障和增强癌细胞侵袭性等加快疾病的进展。为探索IBD及CAC的发病机制及潜在治疗靶点,本文就ETS-1在IBD及CAC中的研究进展作一综述。ETS proto-oncogene 1(ETS-1)is a member of ETS transcription factor family and plays essential roles in tumorigenesis and inflammation.ETS-1 promotes the development of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and colitis-associated colorectal cancer(CAC)by inducing inflammation,destroying the intestinal epithelial cell barrier,and increasing the invasiveness of cancer cells.This article reviews the research progress of ETS-1 in IBD and CAC in order to investigate the pathogenesis and underlying treatment targets of IBD and CAC.
