巨菌草加工处理及其在畜禽养殖中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,畜禽养殖业的快速发展使得“人畜争粮”矛盾加剧,因此,从事畜禽养殖的人员必须树立“大食物观”,全方位、多途径发掘饲草资源。巨菌草因产量高、生长快、营养丰富、适口性好已经成为畜禽饲草资源研究的热点。文章综述了巨菌草的生物学特性、不同加工处理方式对巨菌草营养价值的影响及巨菌草在畜禽养殖中的应用,旨在为巨菌草在畜禽养殖业中的推广应用提供理论基础。In recent years,the rapid development of the livestock and poultry breeding industry made the contradiction of “people and animals competing for food” intensified.Therefore,the personnel engaged in the livestock and poultry breeding industry must establish a “big food concept” and explore forage resources in an all-round and multi-way.Pennisetum giganteum has become a hot research topic in animal feed resources due to its high yield,fast growth,rich nutrition,and good palatability.The article reviewed the biological characteristics of Pennisetum giganteum,the effects of different processing methods on the nutritional value of Pennisetum giganteum and its application in livestock and poultry industry,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and application of Pennisetum giganteum in livestock and poultry industry.
