摘　　要：目的调查双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊降低仑伐替尼治疗中晚期肝细胞癌(HCC)不良反应中的作用。方法回顾性调查分析2021年1月至2022年12月82例行仑伐替尼治疗的中晚期HCC患者的临床资料,按是否同时服用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊分为治疗组(48例)与对照组(34例)。比较治疗后第9周两组患者腹泻、高血压、手足皮肤反应、皮疹等不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者在年龄、性别、高血压病史、病因、肿瘤负荷、治疗模式等方面比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。全组治疗过程中任何级别腹泻、高血压、手足综合征、皮疹的不良反应发生率分别为24%(20/82)、29%(24/82)、27%(22/82)、12%(10/82),治疗组腹泻和高血压发生率要明显低于对照组[13%∶41%(χ^(2)=8.875,P=0.003)和21%∶41%(χ^(2)=3.976,P=0.046)]。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊可能有助于减轻仑伐替尼治疗中腹泻和高血压的不良反应发生率,改善HCC患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of bifid triple viable capsules on reducing adverse reactions of Lenvatinib in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)Patients.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,clinical data of 82 advanced HCC patients treated with Lenvatinib were analyzed retrospectively.These patients were divided into two groups according to whether Bifid triple viable capsules was used,namely the treatment group(n=48)and the control group(n=34).Adverse reactions such as diarrhea,hypertension,hand and foot skin reactions,and rash were compared between the two groups at the 9th week after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,gender,history of hypertension,etiology,tumor burden,and treatment mode(all P>0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions of diarrhea,hypertension,hand and foot syndrome,and rash at any level were 24%(20/82),29%(24/82),27%(22/82),and 12%(10/82),respectively.The incidence of diarrhea and hypertension in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(13%vs.41%;χ^(2)=8.875,P=0.003,21%vs.41%;χ^(2)=3.976,P=0.046).Conclusion Bifid triple viable capsules may help reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to diarrhea and hypertension in the treatment of Lenvatinib,and improve the quality of life of advanced HCC patients.
