骶尾部脊索瘤再程三维插植近距离治疗1例及文献复习

摘　　要：骶尾部脊索瘤术后、放疗后复发而再程调强放疗具有很大的困难,患者会并发严重的直肠、膀胱不良反应。三维插植近距离治疗不仅可以成功控制肿瘤、缓解疼痛,还能有效地控制直肠、膀胱放疗剂量,减少并发症,是一种安全有效的治疗。本文就1例骶尾部脊索瘤再程三维插植近距离治疗病例进行报道,并进行文献复习。This patient with sacrococcygeal chordoma was re-intensity modulated radiotherapy after second course of postoperational radiotherapy.It is very difficult because of severe side effect of the bladder and rectum.The 3D implant brachytherapy could effectively control the tumor and relieve the pains,reduce the dose of bladder and rectum radiotherapy,and decrease the complications.It is a safe treatment choice for sacrococcygeal chordoma.
