摘　　要：驱动基因阴性Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌预后差。本文介绍1例驱动基因阴性Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者,经“新辅助”免疫联合化疗后寡残存病灶行手术切除,病理证实完全缓解,随访4年以上仍维持完全缓解。Driver negative stageⅣnon-small cell lung cancer has a poor prognosis.This paper reported that a case of a driver gene negative patient with stageⅣnon-small cell lung cancer,whose oligoresidual lesions were surgically resected after neoadjuvant immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy,were complete response confirmed by pathology.The patient was maintained over 4 years of follow-up.
