中华优秀传统文化在高职汽车专业学生心理健康教育中的应用分析

摘　　要：将优秀传统文化融入高职院校心理健康教育,不仅有助于中华优秀传统文化的传承弘扬,而且有助于推动高职学生心理健康教育发展,解决学生面临的心理困扰。本文立足高职汽车专业心理健康教育角度,探讨如何将中华优秀传统文化融入心理健康教育,分析其对心理健康教育的价值,寻求在高职教育中有效运用中华优秀传统文化的方法,以提升高职院校心理健康教育水平。Integrating fine traditional Chinese culture into the mental health education of higher vocational colleges is not only conducive to the inheritance and promotion of fine traditional Chinese culture,but also helps to promote the development of mental health education for higher vocational students and solve the psychological distress faced by students.Based on the perspective of mental health education for higher vocational automobile majors,this paper discusses how to integrate the fine traditional Chinese culture into mental health education,analyzes its value to mental health education,and seeks ways to effectively use the excellent traditional Chinese culture in higher vocational education to improve the level of mental health education in higher vocational colleges.
