摘 要:近年来,随着我国汽车保有量的持续增加,道路交通事故数量也在不断增加,汽车的被动安全问题越来越引起人们的关注。本文针对典型后下部防护装置的碰撞特点,对其进行结构优化设计。碰撞仿真验证,结构优化后的后下部防护装置满足国标要求,且优化后的防护装置使货车的耐撞性和吸能性得到了很大提升,提高了汽车的被动安全性。In recent years,with the continuous increase of automobile ownership in China,the number of road traffic accidents is also increasing and the passive safety of automobile has attracted more and more attention.According to the collision characteristics of the typical rear underrun protection device,its structure is optimized.Through the collision simulation,it is verified that the optimized rear underrun protection device meets the requirements of the national standard,and the optimized protective device greatly improves the crashworthiness and energy absorption of the truck and improves the passive safety of the automobile.
